1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kikya website accessible at https://kikya.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account functions operated thereunder.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "kikya" refers to the internationally operated entity that owns and operates the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds clearly distinguished by their applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all kikya transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and kikya with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior arrangements, representations, or agreements whether written or oral. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any promotional materials, bonus-specific terms, or game-specific rules, the more specific document shall prevail for the matter it specifically addresses; otherwise these Terms and Conditions shall govern.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person in relation to the Account.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you have independently verified your compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee of kikya, its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, game studios, or software vendors, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or permanently banned by kikya for any reason.

kikya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. In cases where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method and all winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the kikya Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment method numbers, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify kikya of any changes via the support channel at [email protected].

• Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• kikya will never request your password in any support communication. Any communication purporting to request your password from kikya should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, including any activity that results from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• kikya recommends enabling two-step verification from the account security settings page. While this feature provides an additional layer of protection, its availability does not reduce your responsibility to safeguard your login details.

kikya reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the Player is ineligible, has provided false information, or poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion service is offered and no fee is charged by kikya for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits or fees which are outside kikya's control.

The currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. kikya reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: minimum ৳500; target processing time under 3 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: minimum ৳500; processing time up to 15 minutes subject to provider availability.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: minimum ৳1,000; processing time 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

All funds deposited into a kikya Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account, is strictly prohibited. kikya reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any transaction it deems suspicious and to hold or return funds pending the outcome of such checks.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Excess winnings may be directed to an alternative verified payment method in your own name subject to kikya's approval.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kikya may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bet credits, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by incorporation. In the event of any ambiguity, the bonus-specific terms shall govern for the bonus in question.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the promotion explicitly specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only and may not be transferred, traded, or assigned to another Account.
• Where a maximum win cap applies to a bonus, any winnings in excess of the cap are not eligible for withdrawal regardless of the wagering outcome.
• kikya reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings in the event of a breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, including but not limited to evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent play patterns.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended at any time without prior notice. A promotional offer that has already been credited to your Account prior to the modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

Players who repeatedly open accounts for the purpose of claiming introductory bonuses, or who are identified as participating in coordinated bonus-abuse schemes, will have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

7 Game Rules & Betting

Each game and betting market available on the kikya Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

All game outcomes for random number generator (RNG) based products — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — are determined by certified RNG systems that operate independently of kikya. kikya does not influence and cannot predict the outcome of any RNG-determined game. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical events (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

• Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, and other available sports, are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL organising committee, etc.). kikya reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified window, or where the market data is found to be materially erroneous.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at the point specified in the market rules. Bets placed after the market closing trigger are void regardless of any apparent acceptance by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are specified within each market and are subject to change. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum stake at kikya's discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error resulting in an incorrect payout, kikya reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid in excess of the correct amount due to a system error may be reclaimed from a Player's Account balance. If the balance is insufficient, kikya may offset the overpayment against future winnings.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kikya Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including KYC submissions.
• Operating more than one Account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, loopholes in game logic, or pricing errors in betting markets to generate systematic profit in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including poker-style games, live dealer tables, or any social or multiplayer product.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft, and using the Platform as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into withdrawable winnings.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event covered by kikya's sports betting markets.
• Transferring funds between Accounts or facilitating the use of the Platform by an ineligible person, including minors.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or technical architecture of the Platform for any purpose.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

kikya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the Player, where kikya has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions and the exclusion period has not yet expired.

Upon voluntary closure by a Player, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to a verified payment method in the Player's own name, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact [email protected] with their account details and closure request. kikya aims to process voluntary closure requests within two business days of receiving a confirmed, authenticated request.

10 Responsible Gaming

kikya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players from the Account settings dashboard at no cost and without penalty to the Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at specified intervals to prompt you to review your session duration and gameplay activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend all betting and gaming activity for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is still permitted for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month or permanent self-exclusion from all kikya products. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the kikya Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software architecture, game interfaces, text content, and marketing materials — are owned by or licensed to kikya. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by kikya.

You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of kikya.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios and developers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming, among others. All trademarks and intellectual property rights belonging to those studios remain their property and are used on the Platform under licence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kikya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if kikya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kikya makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude kikya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

13 Privacy & Data

kikya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kikya uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and the Platform. Sensitive account and payment data is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. kikya does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

14 Amendments

kikya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material amendment is made, kikya will endeavour to notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Any amended version of these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kikya is incorporated and licensed to operate. Players access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

kikya makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permissible in any specific jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not access the Platform. Access from a prohibited jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
